What are the dates of the next Salon du Chocolat in Paris?
The 29th Salon du Chocolat will take place from Wednesday 30th October to Sunday 3rd November 2024 at Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles, Pavillon 5.
What are the Salon opening times?
The Salon is open every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The opening night will take place on Tuesday October 29 from 7pm. The BtoB village will only be open from October 30 to November 1, 2024.

There are several car parks near the Salon:

Please note that the number of parking spaces at Porte de Versailles is limited. We advise you to use public transport instead.
Is there a cloakroom at the Salon?
Yes, there is a cloakroom at the Salon (price: 2 € per article). For security reasons, large suitcases and bags are not permitted.
Is the Salon accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Access to Paris-Expo Porte de Versailles will be provided for people with reduced mobility. We also offer a special rate for people with reduced mobility.
Are pets admitted to the Salon?
For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not admitted to the Salon, apart from guide dogs for the blind.
Can I withdraw cash from a cash machine inside the Salon?
There is no ATM inside the Salon. Additionally, as all exits are final, we invite you to withdraw cash before entering. An ATM is located at the entrance of the Porte de Versailles park, next to the Monop'daily.

Where can I buy tickets for the next Salon du Chocolat?

You can also buy your tickets at the Salon: ticket counters will be available at the entrance during Salon opening hours.
Use only an official sales circuit for buying your tickets.
Never buy your tickets from a scalper; the ticket will not be valid at the time of access control and you will be refused entry to the show. Counterfeit tickets purchased from a scalper do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
Can I leave and come back later?
Any exit is final: you won’t be allowed to come back in.
Does my ticket give me access to the Salon for several days?
No, a ticket is valid for one day only (all exits are final). However, the 3-Day Professional Pass gives you daily access to the B2B Village from October 30 to November 1, 2024.
Can I buy an entry ticket with holiday vouchers ?
You cannot buy entry tickets for the Salon du Chocolat with holiday vouchers.
Do I have to print out my ticket ?
In order to be validated, the ticket must be printed (in black and white or colour) in portrait mode (vertical) on white, blank A4 paper with no change to the print size. You may also present your ticket on a Smartphone or tablet. It is prohibited to duplicate tickets.
Am I allowed to re-sell tickets ?
It is prohibited to re-sell tickets for the Salon du Chocolat.
“Art. 313-6-2 of the Penal Code − The fact of routinely selling, offering for sale or exhibiting with a view to selling or supplying the means with a view to selling or transferring tickets giving access to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or a live performance without the permission of the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights for the event or performance, is punishable by a fine of 15,000 €. This punishment rises to a fine of 30,000 € in the event of a repeat offence.
For the application of paragraph 1, “tickets giving access” are considered to be any ticket, document, message or code, regardless of form and medium, certifying that the purchaser has obtained from the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights the right to attend the event or performance.”
Are tickets exchangeable or refundable for reasons of convenience?
Tickets purchased through our online ticketing service are not exchangeable or refundable except in the case of technical problems caused by us.
I’ve bought two entry tickets and my name appears on both tickets: is that a problem?
No problem: you can give your second ticket to a friend or family member. Only professional tickets are nominative.
Is entry free for the disabled?
No, we do not offer free entry for the disabled. However, we offer a reduced rate on presentation of proof.
